Have you ever had the desire to shoot someone???
I feel that way about my neighbors. They have to be the rudest people as well as the fact that I have seen them selling drugs on their front porch. I have no idea what to do. I do not feel that I can call the police because this is not a "rich" neighborhood and I am scared of retalition by these same neighbors.
why do things have to be like this?

You can always leave an anonymous tip to the police. Then it is up to them to investigate and they will!
